Details for the Art Workshop

A typical day begins with Danny presenting a mini-lesson which includes student participation. These lessons allow the artist to focus on the fundamentals of art which are valuable to an artist at any level.   The students will be given the opportunity to transfer the knowledge learned in these valuable lessons to their art projects.  The artist chooses his subject matter and media.  Danny's focus for the remainder of the day is to individually guide each student's progress while giving them the opportunity to develop their artistic abilities.

 Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, you will be amazed at how Danny's  teaching techniques improve your skill level and boosts your confidence.

Being part of a Danny Jones Art Workshop is an enjoyable and satisfying experience.  So join in for a fun and motivating art experience. 

Classes are limited in the number of participants per class.

 The Danny Jones Art Workshop is different from any art workshop that you may have taken.

 "Having been an art teacher for 40 plus years, I know that it is important to build on each participant's artistic abilities. I help them to progress at their own pace. For everyone to achieve the most of their ability, I constantly monitor and give each student's work constructive, individual attention."

Danny's easy-going teaching style creates an atmosphere that encourages students to progress at their own pace.  Danny's emphasis on each artist's individual needs demonstrates his desire to coax and watch....always mindful not to work on his student's work but rather coach from the sidelines.  As the artists improve their skills and develop their unique style, their willingness to challenge themselves thrives.

In recognition of Danny's extraordinary abilities as an art instructor and his dedication to art, the Danny Jones Middle School of Mansfield, TX was named in his honor.
